Smoothies are a quick and easy way to eat a lot of healthy foods, without a lot of hassle and taste if need be. The tropical breakfast smoothies contains 1 mango, 1 banana, 2 apples, and 1/2 cup almond milk. All you have to do is put the meat of each fruit into the blender with the almond milk and press blend.
