Kale salad is the only salad I think I will be from now on. I usually run from salad. I hate cold food, lettuce, spinach, and so on. Kale salad has a nice body to it. The flavor is great, the texture is good, and I really enjoy the making it. Massaged kale salad is great for relaxation, just the activity alone. It is eat to make and kale salad keep well through out the day.
