Preparation Directions: ~ Cook pasta according to pkg. directions, set aside. ~ In a large skillet heat oil; sauté onions and garlic until soft. Stir in chicken broth and pumpkin mixing well. Add cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes. ~ Stir in pasta and sage. Serve immediately. Category:
