This sweet and sour tomato gravy topped with chickpea flour snack (sev or boondi) is so delicious especially served with warm bajri rotla. Traditionally it is served with bajri rotla, papad, chhas (salted buttermilk) and jaggery on side. This simple food is sooo heavenly and even more enjoyable when you eat at village kind environment. Ahhh! But It happens only in India. So enjoy this heavenly taste !
