CRISPY SHRIMP CHOW MEIN RECIPE - SORTED
There is nothing better than prawns coated with something crispy. Usually its breadcrumbs, but we're using prawn crackers... a double whammy of prawn! We also crisp them up in the oven...much healthier than deep frying Our prawns are served with wok fried noodles and crunchy veg.
