Gluten Free Vanilla Wafers and Banana Pudding

A dessert like banana pudding is bound to be a healthier option than the average dessert with bananas being the main ingredient. This sweet treat is one of the greatest uses for overripe bananas in the recipe box. It uses much less sugar than a traditional pudding since the bananas themselves are very sweet.
