This is my version of spaghetti puttanesca, an Italian classic. Tomatoes, chilli, basil, olives and anchovies are combined to make a delicious sauce, then tossed through tender spaghetti. Served with some garlic bread and a side salad, this is a brilliantly simple weeknight dinner.
