Recipe for making Jamaican callaloo with salt fish. This is one of those dishes that enjoyed in Jamaica and the rest of the Caribbean and is normally served with fried dumplings, bammy, yam and other ground provisions (or food as it's known in Jamaica). A wonderful spinach like dish that packed with iron and can also be enjoyed as a vegetarian meal if you leave out the salted fish pieces.
