Lamb Vindaloo traditionally is a spicy hot dish made with coconut, vinegar and lots of hot red chilli peppers. Chili pepper was introduced by Portuguese traders during 16th century and with this came the development of Vindaloo dishes in Goa. Enjoy!!!
