Bitter melon with Lentils (Karela sabji) Recipe Cooking Show
Mildly spiced Bitter melon or Bitter gourd with Lentils. This bitter vegetable can be as enjoyable as any other vegetable. The lentils in this gives a crunchy, nutty flavor. Surprisingly, my son who is three and half years old loves it and enjoys it as much I do. I simply love this. It's bitter but Lentils will reduce it's bitterness and also gives a unique flavor. Bitter melon is not everyone's favorite but Just try it, you may never know it can change your opinion about bitter melon altogether. :) Have fun and enjoy all the flavors you can!
